Dulce de Leche – Repostero “D”- Firm Body
Thickest of all our Dulce de Leche’s. It has a dark caramel color and a smooth but very firm body that is still easy to work with. Mostly used as cake icing, filling for cakes and pastries, or as decoration. Kosher certified.

Dulce de Leche – Repostero “S”- Soft Body
Not as thick as Repostero “D” but it is slightly firm. Mostly used in cuatro leches, cheesecakes, and thumb print cookies. Kosher certified.

Arequipe
Lighter in color and body particularly great for filling pastries and donuts. Can be used as garnish for a quick twist on simple ice cream sundaes, cheesecakes, crepes, any dessert, or like a spread. Kosher certified.

Topping
This is a liquid form of Arequipe and it is ideal on ice cream, milk shakes, toast, cheesecakes, lattes, pancakes, apples, crackers, or as garnish. Kosher certified.

Heladero- Flavor
Very soft Repostero that can be used as flavoring for ice cream, gelato, cheesecake, or smoothie mixes with a rate of usage of 20%. Kosher certified.

Syrup
Sweet thick syrup made from all natural pure cane sugar and water. As simple as it sounds, it can be the perfect topping for the Hispanic dessert- flan and waffled or pancakes. Kosher certified.

Guava
It is a spread/filling made from fresh guava fruit. Very similar to a jelly that can be used for pastries, cheesecakes, and churros. Kosher certified.
